📄 Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy covers Print-on-Demand products (Printful) and original artwork sold by Sylvie Bouch'ARTS.

 

 PART I: PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS (PRINTFUL)

At Sylvie Bouch'ARTS, I am proud to offer unique art prints. Each piece is Print-on-Demand and produced specifically for you after your order.

Final Sales (Prints): Due to the custom nature of production, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind or buyer sizing error. Please carefully check your order and size selection before finalizing your purchase.

Cases Eligible for Replacement or Refund (Printed Products): I offer a solution for all issues related to the quality or transit of your artwork. Your order is eligible for replacement or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged: The item arrives broken, torn, stained, or visibly defective.

  • Production error: The received product does not match the format, design, or material type you ordered.

  • Lost package: The package is lost by the carrier, and the tracking information shows no update after a period of 15 days.

Claim Procedure (Printed Products): If your order meets one of the eligible criteria above:

  •  Contact me quickly: Send an email to: sylvieboucharts@gmail.com within a maximum of 5 days following the receipt of your order. 

  • Provide proof: Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or error in your email.

  • Resolution: I will submit a claim to my production partner (Printful) and notify you of the shipment of a replacement product or the issuance of a full refund.

Please note: I do not require the return of the defective product; you only need to provide photographic proof.

 PART II: ORIGINAL ARTWORK (UNIQUE AND CUSTOM)

Due to the unique value and personalized nature of original artwork, the return policy is very strict.

Final Sales (Original Artwork):

All sales of original artwork are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind or color/screen rendering. The sale is considered firm once you have approved the final sketch or concept of the artwork.

Damage During Transit: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me by email: sylvieboucharts@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, providing clear photos of the artwork and the packaging.

Note: In order to ensure the insurance process in case of damage, I take photographs of the finished artwork as well as each step of the secure packaging prior to shipping.

 

​​Since the work is unique, replacement is not possible. I will initiate the claim process with the insurance and, upon its approval, you will receive a full refund.
