SHIPPING POLICY (Original Artwork)

 

This policy applies only to the delivery of my original artwork shipped directly from my studio. For any questions regarding shipping, returns, and turnaround times for printed products (handled by Printful), please refer to Printful's policy.

 

Due to the unique nature of my artwork, shipping is via a reliable courier service with mandatory tracking and liability insurance to protect the full value of the artwork during transit.

 

1. SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN CANADA (DOMESTIC)

Service: Secure Standard Parcel Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days (including preparation) Rate: $30 CAD per item Free Shipping Threshold: $500 CAD (shipping is free for orders exceeding this amount) This rate covers professional packaging costs, Canada Post service with tracking, and minimum insurance.

2. SHIPPING COSTS TO THE UNITED STATES

 

Service: Secure International Parcel Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 business days (including preparation and customs) Rate: $60 CAD per item Free Shipping Threshold: $500 CAD

 

3. SHIPPING COSTS TO THE REST OF THE WORLD (EXCLUDING CANADA/USA)

 

For all other international destinations, shipping costs are too variable to offer a flat rate: Service: International Shipping (Quote Required) Rate: $0.00 CAD

Procedure for "Quote Required": The customer pays for the artwork and selects the $0.00 option. The actual shipping costs (including insurance and tracking) will be calculated separately and invoiced before shipment. The artwork will only be shipped after payment of these costs.​

4. EXCEPTIONS, CARRIERS, AND CUSTOMS NOTICE

 

Fee Adjustments: The base rate ($30 or $60) may be adjusted for artworks whose weight or size significantly exceeds the standard format (12 x 16), as well as for insurance required due to exceptional value.

Carrier Change: I reserve the right to change carriers (Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS) in the event of a strike or service disruption. If, at the customer's request, an alternative carrier or expedited service is required, the flat rates will no longer apply, and actual shipping costs will be charged.

Delivery Delays: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers (Canada Post, etc.), extreme weather conditions, strikes (carrier or customs), unforeseen customs inspections, or holidays.​

​WARNING: CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES (For all International Shipments: USA and Rest of the World) Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer (the recipient) and are not included in the price of the artwork or the shipping costs. These charges are typically collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
